My mission:


To help people of all ages and abilities to set and meet their running and fitness goals through group and individual training.

My background:

I have been running and coaching for about 25 years. I have always been a student of the sport and found my best success when I coached myself. I also liked training with my friends and realized that I got the most out of my workouts when I trained with a group of them. Over the years, many people have asked me for running advice and I realized how many people are looking for coaching.

I also noticed that some coaches seemed to get their credibility from the fee they charge. I thought if I could bring runners together I could use my experience and research to coach them as a group and they would have each other to train with at an affordable price. So Chuckit was born.

About the Chuckit program:

Chuckit is an on-going program, so you can join at any time. There are about 100 runners and walkers currently in Chuckit. The program consists of weekday schedules geared toward self-training, a weekly group long-run plan, and a weekly group speed/interval workout. All of my workouts can be adjusted to suit your ability and goals.

Fees:

$150 for 6 months($125 there after) which includes weekly workouts, a Chuckit t-shirt, a training log and discounts on shoes and clothing from Super Jock 'n Jill. I have also started a $25 payment plan which I only offer for payment on-line.

Locations:

We meet in two locations. You can attend which ever and when ever you like. Many people work on the east side and attend the Wednesday night workout in Redmond but live in Seattle so come and run with on Saturday. If that works for you please come and run.
