Run Maps







 

 


 

 

Here are some maps of routes that we use.  All of the routes start from Super Jock n Jill. I have put up two maps of each. One is full size so it takes a bit of time to open but you can see everything in more detail and take some notes if needed.  The other is one that you can print so you can carry along with you on your run if you need.  It's a little harder to read but might be helpful as you go a long through the run.

On some of the larger maps I have also included a smaller map that should print out to carry with you.

bulletMadison Park to Seward Park 6.8 miles

This is the route that we use in the Fall so that everyone can spend some time on the Seattle Marathon and 1/2 Marathon courses.

3.2 miles 

Around Greenlake from SJJ. You can make this a 4 miler by adding a loop around the play fields at Lower Woodland Park.

A loop around the lake adding a loop around the Zoo.

5.6 miles

A run through Cowen Park, along the burke Gilman Trail and back through the University of Washington.

Around the lake down Stone Way, along the Burk Gilman Trail back up Roosevelt.

The same run as the previous map but you follow the Burke a little further and come back up through Red Square in the University Washington.

Again the same run except you come back through Cowen Park.

The same route as the 7 miler except you need to run around lake union.

Through Cowen park onto the Burke Gilman toward Sandpoint, cuts down behind Husky Stadium across the Montlake Bridge through Foster Island and the Arboretum, Right on Madison and then another right working you way to Interlaken back up Roosevelt.

Leave SJJ head west along the lake and hook up with 85th at the end head down into Golden Gardens follow the road along Shilshoe, cross at the Ballard locks stay on the road along the cut, cross under the Ballard bridge  follow Nickerson, cross the Freemont bridge up stone way back along the east side of the Lake.

The same as the 13 miler except you don't go around Lake Union.  Go across the Fremont bridge and down the Burke keep going and come up through Cowen Park.

I nice run that goes everywhere but basically through Cowen park onto the Burke Gilman toward Sandpoint, cuts down behind Husky Stadium across the Montlake Bridge through Foster Island and the Arboretum, then loop around Madison  back into the Arbo onto Interlaken and then back up Roosevelt.

As you can figure this covers a lot of ground. Leave SJJ head west along the lake and hook up with 85th at the end head down into Golden Gardens follow the road along Shilshoe, cross at the Ballard locks stay on the road along the cut, cross under the Ballard bridge  follow Nickerson onto Westlake head around lake union come back on Eastlake take a right at the Red Robin keep going to Montlake head across the bridge onto the Burke back up through Cowen
