Welcome to the Chuckit tools home page. Here is were you can get information on a variety of information that should help you with your training.

The nutrition button will take you to the Nutrition home page.  Here are a variety of articles on nutrition written for you by Jenny Beck who is a member of the group. We are lucky to have her close by to answer all of your nutrition questions. (or at least I am because I get  a lot of question about it and all I have to offer is just eat right) anyway feel free to ask her any questions because that is where she gets her ideas for the articles.

The medical button takes you to a page with some common sense running tips written by Dr. Bill Warnekros. Who I have know for many years. He is an avid runner/ tri guy.  He can be found at Super Jock n Jill the first and third Thursday 
of every month at  6:30 p.m.  Giving advice on running injuries.

The weight training button will take you to a suggested weight training program that should be helpful in your run training.  As with anything other program make sure that you work into it slowly and use some common sense as you progress.

The links button will take you to as it suggest a page with various running related links.

The run map page has 15-17 maps of runs starting  from Super Jock n Jill.  They range from 3-20 miles.  So a little of something for everyone.  I have left them at fairly high resolution and pretty big so that you can read the streets.  This however makes it hard to print them out.  In the future I will add smaller maps to print out and makes notes on.
